Chicken Enchilada Bake

- cubed cooked chicken
- 28 oz
- enchilada sauce
- 1 1/4 c
- sour cream
- corn tortillas (6 inch) cut into 1 1/2 " pieces
- 4 c
- monterey jack cheese
1Cook chicken or buy a cooked rotisserie chicken
2In a greased 13" x 9" baking dish , layer half of the chicken, enchilada sauce, sour cream, tortillas and cheese.
4Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or longer until bubbly.
5Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
