Ingredients

head cauliflower florets
2 c
chopped romaine or other greens
1 c
croutons, parmesan
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
1-2 large
chicken breasts cooked and cut
1 tsp
fresh ground pepper
1/4 c
ceasar dressing
anchovies optional

OTHER ADD INS

olives
chopped yellow tomatoes

Step-By-Step

1Add cauliflower to processor and chop pulse til consistency of rice.
2Add rest of veggies and chicken and toss with dressing.
Can also be made into greek salad with added ingredients and greek dressing.
