Chicken Breasts in sour cream sauce

- boneless chicken breasts

- sour cream
- 1 clove
- 2 Tbsp
- 1-2 Tbsp
1Smash chicken breasts with mallet to break up tissue.
2Place butter and smashed garlic in frying pan. Cook on low for one minute
3Add chicken and cook medium until white. Cover and cook until done, 10 -12 minutes. Let pan cool while keeping chicken warm elsewhere. Mix 1 Tbls of pan juice with sour cream and sherry. Heat gently and serve over chicken.
