Ingredients

3 clove
garlic choped fine
1
onion chopped fine
1 small
green pepper chopped fine
2 Tbsp
olive oil
3 c
chicken broth
2 c
water
1/2 c
uncooked rice
1
roasted chicken deboned cutt into bite size portions
3 c
any frozen veggis( i used carrots, snow peas and boccolic
2 Tbsp
butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook garlic,onion,and green pepper in olive oil untill tender

Add chicken broth, and water bring to a simmer.
Salt and pepper to taste

When brought to a simmer add the rice, frozen veggies and chicken. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
When done add the butter, stir untill melted.

I normaly top my soups and chili with crushed ritz crackers, cheese and sour cream
