Ingredients For chicken and rice florentine

  • 14 oz
    low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 c
    minute brown rice, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp
    mrs. dash salt-free lemon pepper seasoning blend
  • 1 Tbsp
    mrs. dash salt-free onion & herb seasoning blend
  • 2 can
    cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 c
    fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, shredded

How To Make chicken and rice florentine

  • 1
    Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice, Mrs. Dash® Seasoning Blends and chicken. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
