thin & crisp mini pizza crust
italian blend cheese
chicken breast filets
white pizza sauce or alfredo sauce
mini multi-colored bell peppers
Preheat your oven to 425F. Season your chicken (your choice) and grill until coked through. Set aside to cool.
Slice your mini peppers in thin circular slices. Thinly slice your chicken breast.
On a long baking sheet, line up the mini pizza crust. Sauce each one with the pizza sauce. next layer them with the peppers and chicken. Top with the cheese.
Place in the heated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. take out and serve.
