Cheesy Chicken and Salsa

This dish can be changed with how hot of salsa you want. Add some sour cream on you plate with some chips and yum. I slice my peppers and do my chicken either the night before or that mooring and then when it is time to cook it is easy. Love this dish.

Ingredients

2 c
penne pasta
1 lb
chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 jar(s)
salsa, chunky
2 c
frozen corn, thawed
3
green peppers, cut into strips
1 c
shredded mexican cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook pasta as directed on package.

Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in salsa and corn. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.

Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly add green peppers. Simmer for a few minutes till well blended and hot. Top with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
