Ingredients

1-2 lb
chicken breast, boneless & skinless
1/2
onion, chopped
1/2
green pepper, chopped
1/2
red pepper, chopped

garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
capers
1 Tbsp
complete seasoning
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 c
sherry wine
salt/pepper to taste
1 large
potato, peeled and cubed

Step-By-Step

1cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with the seasoning.

2in a sauté pan brown the chicken cubes a couple mins ,add the onions, peppers, garlic, combine well.

3add in the tomato sauce, sherry wine, capers as well as salt and pepper

4add in the cubed pealed potatoes and simmer about 30 mins....serve with white rice
