Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 medium
sweet onion, chopped
1 medium
green or red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp
prepared minced garlic, or 2 garlic cloves minced
1 large
can crushed tomatoes (about 2 cups)
3/4 c
brown rice
2 tsp
chili powder
1 Tbsp
dried oregano
