This is so good.. I thought I would give it a try. Everyone loved it. It has only 4 ingredients and so fast to toss together for those of you that are in a hurry..

Ingredients For quick chicken

    chicken breasts cooked
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 40
    ritz crackers
  • 1 stick
    butter melted

How To Make quick chicken

    6-8 chicken breasts 16 oz. sour cream 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter, melted 1 pack Ritz crackers (about 40) 9x13 inch Pyrex dish Cook chicken; shred into Pyrex dish. Heat sour cream and soup. Pour this sauce over chicken. Put a pack of crushed Ritz crackers evenly on top of sauce. Pour a stick of melted butter over crackers. Heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 5 or more.
