I prefer this dish eaten at room temperature while the onions are still warm but the artichokes cool for fullness of flavors.

Ingredients

egg noodles, no-yolk variety
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts
1/2 c
yellow corn
1/2 c
green bean
1 small
red onion
6 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
baby corn on cob

red pepper
minced garlic seasoning
paprika

chicken breast
4 Tbsp
k.c. masterpiece barbeque

Directions Step-By-Step

fill stainless steel pot with water, heat to boiling then add noodles, cook for 10 minutes then rinse

Dice red pepper very small

peel & slice thin red onion

Add Olive oil to small skillet heat to medium adding onion slices to sautée. In separate pan heat medium fry Chicken breast in 3 tbsp.Olive oil

return noodles, red peppers, kernel corn & green beans stirring.

Top by placing artichoke hearts face up, w/ chicken slices surrounding.

Place onions in center, Sprinkle with minced garlic & paprika then serve
