I prefer this dish eaten at room temperature while the onions are still warm but the artichokes cool for fullness of flavors.

Ingredients

egg noodles, no-yolk variety
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts
1/2 c
yellow corn
1/2 c
green bean
1 small
red onion
6 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
baby corn on cob
1
red pepper
minced garlic seasoning
paprika
1
chicken breast
4 Tbsp
k.c. masterpiece barbeque

Step-By-Step

1fill stainless steel pot with water, heat to boiling then add noodles, cook for 10 minutes then rinse

2Dice red pepper very small

3peel & slice thin red onion

4Add Olive oil to small skillet heat to medium adding onion slices to sautée. In separate pan heat medium fry Chicken breast in 3 tbsp.Olive oil

5return noodles, red peppers, kernel corn & green beans stirring.

6Top by placing artichoke hearts face up, w/ chicken slices surrounding.

7Place onions in center, Sprinkle with minced garlic & paprika then serve
