1Brown ground beef.
2In large bowl mix the fritos, ground beef and 2 cups of the cheese.
3Empty into a large skillet and pour the enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over all.
4Cover and let warm on low temp for approximately 15 minutes or until all the cheese.
5Garnish with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or whatever your heart desires.
