|2 lb||ground beef|
|3 c||grated cheese|
|10 oz||enchilda sauce|
Brown ground beef.
In large bowl mix the fritos, ground beef and 2 cups of the cheese.
Empty into a large skillet and pour the enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over all.
Cover and let warm on low temp for approximately 15 minutes or until all the cheese.
Garnish with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or whatever your heart desires.
