Mushroom-Swiss Burgers

These are great for cookouts if you are tired of plain old burgers.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can(s)
mushrooms
1 tsp
onion powder
4 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp
parsley flakes
1
egg, beaten
4 slice
swiss cheese
4
hamburger buns

Step-By-Step

1Cut mushrooms into very tiny pieces. (I use a food processor)
2Mix beef, egg, mushrooms, onion powder, parsley, and Parmesan well.
3Form into 4 equal patties. Grill or fry until done.
4Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese and serve on a bun. You can Add mayonnaise, mustard and other garnishes if desired.
