Ingredients For the best au jus

  • 1 can
    beef broth, reduced sodium
  • 1 can
    french onion soup
  • 1 soup can
    red wine, dry
  • 1 jar
    mushrooms, sliced, drained (optional)
  • drippings from roast

How To Make the best au jus

    Once roast is done & resting....add everything to a saucepan & boil (about 10 minutes).

    Meanwhile, slice the roast.
