Ingredients

1 lb
bacon
1 lb
ground beef or venison
1 large
onion chopped about 1 cup
4 clove
garlic minced
1 c
brown sugar
3/4 c
ketchup
3 tsp
yellow mustard
2 tsp
cider vinegar
1 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
chili powder
2 tsp
cumin
2 Tbsp
chopped red jalapeno i used christopher ranch jarred chopped jalapeno
1 large
can pork and beans

Step-By-Step

1Cook bacon in large skillet. Remove with slotted spoon to drain on paper towels then chop into pieces. Set aside.

2Brown the onions and garlic in bacon grease for about 3 minutes. Add the burger or venison and cook until done.

3In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the burger mixture. Cook until heated through about 5 to 7 minutes.

4Stir in the bacon pieces and cook another 2 minutes.
