Believe it or not my nickname as a kiddo was "Tammy Taco" lol. Good thing I grew up in Texas!

The seasoning mix has been a work in progress...smoky with a little kick of spice! I hope you guys give this a try on your next Taco Night.

You will never want to buy that packaged spice again (:

Ingredients

1/2 lb
ground beef
1 Tbsp
finely minced onion
3/4 tsp
ground cumin
3/4 tsp
chile de arbol
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/4 tsp
salt
1
beef bouillon, cube
3/4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl measure all of the spices.
2In a small sauce pan on medium low heat place ground beef, onion, water and spices.
3Break up ground beef and put lid on. Stirring occasionally to break up ground beef. Cook 5 minutes.
4Cook an additional 10 minutes with lid off until almost all of the liquid has evaporated.
