Ingredients

2 lb
beef round steak
1 large
can of tomatoes
1
onion, sliced
1 small
can of mushrooms, sliced
1 can(s)
ortega green chili salsa
cooking oil
beer

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut steak into smaller pieces. Flour , salt and pepper steak and brown in oil. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, salsa and onions. Allow to cook slowly for 2-3 hours. I add beer while simmering so it doesn't get to thick. Serve over buttered mashed potatoes or rice. Makes 4 servings.
