Ingredients

2 lb
round steaks, pounded thin
2
onions, sliced
2 Tbsp
oil
salt and garlic powder to taste
1 can(s)
(16 ounce) tomato sauce
1 pkg
(12 ounce) medium noodles, cooked

Step-By-Step

1Saute onions in oil.

2Cut steaks into halves, if large.
Season with salt and garlic powder on both sides of steak.
Brown on both sides on medium heat.

3Cover and cook for 1-1 1/4 hour on low heat or until tender.

4Ten minutes before it's done, pour tomato sauce over meat.

5Serve over noodles.
