Spaghetti and Meatballs part 1 (Meatballs)

I use these meatballs in my spaghetti & meatballs and also on meatball subs.
I normally cook them using the baking method as it is much easier and less messy. I can do other things while they bake.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
bread crumbs
2
eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp
parsley
1 tsp
oregano
1 tsp
basil
pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients very well.
2Form into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook one of 2 ways:
3In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Cook meatball a few at a time, turning gently to brown all side until done through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
4or second method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meatballs in a baking pan in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour until done. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
