Side of Road Authentic Steak Fajita's

- thin steak like sirloin approx. 1.5 pounds
- 3 large
- roasted tri-color peppers
- roasted jalapeno pepper
- salt and pepper
- guacamole or sour cream on side
I placed all my peppers on stove top rotating till completely black. set in container and cover with plastic wrap till cooled.
When cooled, wearing rubber gloves I peel the char off and remove any seeds. Slice and place in a container.
