This recipe was an experiment. I took Pat Duran's wing recipe below minus the jello and poured it over a beef roast and put it in a crock pot. the taste was wonderful and the au-ju or gravy was wonderful, dark and full bodied.
Put the roast in a crock pot and cook on low 8 hours with onion and the wing sauce minus the Jello poured over the beef. The result is a wonderful tasting roast with dark au-ju or gravy if you want to add flour. The link to the wings is below.
