3 carrots, peeled and slices
2 onions, sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced

Place potatoes in bottom of crock-pot, top with carrots and other vegetables. Place browned ground beef on top, Combine soup and water and pour over ground beef. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.

Turned out really great! The only changes my BF made to this was: He added some seasoned salt to meat while he cooked it, and then later he added some pepper. He also used shredded carrots instead of peeling and slicing them, and he used a can of chicken broth instead of a can of water and it came out very flavorful! Thanks for the wonderful recipe! Definitely one we will be making again. :)
