Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
beef roast
3 large
carrots
2 medium
russet potatoes
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1 Tbsp
basil
3 c
beef broth

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle roast evenly with garlic powder. Place in a slow cooker. Add 2 cups of broth. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.

2Peel and cube potatoes. Peel and slice carrots. Add potatoes and carrots to slow cooker.

3Add oregano, basil and remaining broth. Cook on high for an additional hour or until vegetables are tender and roast is done.
