Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

top round lean beef, cubed
2 lb
yuca, peeled and cubed
2 medium
butternut squash, peeled and cubed
2 large
carrot, peeled and cubed
1 large
spanish onion, diced
8 c
no salt added beef stock
2 Tbsp
ground thyme
2 Tbsp
kosher salt
1 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
chinese ginger powder
6 pinch
fresh grated nutmeg
4 pinch
ground cumin
cracked black pepper, to taste

Put all the vegetables and meat in the bottom of a slow cooker and pour in the stock.
