Mini Cheddar Meatloafs with Balsamic Ketchup Glaze

These are really cute and tasty. I have done this with mini cupcake pan for little appetizers. If you can't find the Heinz balsamic vinegar ketchup just use regular ketchup and a little balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

1 large
egg
3/4 c
heavy cream
1 c
sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c
cooking oats
1 large
onion chopped
4 clove
garlic minced
1 tsp
salt
1 lb
ground beef

GLAZE

1 c
heinz balsamic vinegar ketchup
1 c
brown sugar
2 tsp
yellow mustard

Step-By-Step

1Mix first eight ingredients together. Place in greased muffin pan.
2Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour over top each loaf.
3Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
