Ingredients

beef ribeye steaks, cut 1-inch thick (1-1/2 lbs.)
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
4
pita breads, warmed, or toasted
2 Tbsp
crumbled feta cheese
1 Tbsp
chopped kalamata or ripe olives
1
red onion, diced
1
zucchini, sliced
1
orange bell pepper, diced

SEASONING:

1 1/2 tsp
dried basil
1 1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Combine seasoning ingredients; press onto beef steaks.
2Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add steaks; cook 12 to 15 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
3Grill vegetables in another skillet until softened, about 8 minutes.

Sprinkle steaks with lemon juice.
4Grill pitas for 30 seconds per side.

To assemble sandwiches: Carve steaks; place on pitas.
Divide meat and vegetables among pitas
Top with cheese and olives.
