I have made this recipe for the past 45 years and it's always a hit. Moist with a great taste.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground sirloin
1 Tbsp
instant onion
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
3/4 c
finely crushed saltine crackers
1
egg - beaten
3/4 c
milk
1/4 c
ketchup

TOPPING

3 Tbsp
dark brown sugar
1/4 c
ketchup
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
dry mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

Spoon into lightly greased loaf pan 8 1/2" x 4 1/2". Press gently. Spread topping evenly over meat loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Check with meat thermometer. Should reach 165-170degrees
