1 lb
lean ground sirloin or chuck
1 c
diced onions
green pepper, about 3/4 c
1 clove
garlic, minced finely
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 can(s)
your favorite jar or can spaghetti sauce-i like rinaldi
1 lb
pkg spagethi, not quite al dente, drained and kept warm
1 lb
shredded velveeta, i actually put more in!
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute garlic, onions, and pepper in oil till tender. Add 1 lb hamburger to pan, cook till no longer pink, drain. While stiill hot, in very large bowl, mix spaghetti, salt and pepper, jarred spaghetti sauce, the meat mixture and the Velveeta. Put in greased 9 X13 glass casserole or
baking dish. Cover with foil and bake. I have to be honest, the more Velveeta you put in the more the people rave about this. It truly is loved by all!!!
Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hr ot till bubbly!
Serve warm out of the oven. I will some time add a tossed salad, homemade garlic bread or even green beans if zI am serving a group to finish out the meal.
