Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
lean ground beef
8 oz
mushrooms, chopped
3 Tbsp
green onions, minced
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 c
ranch dressing, divided
6
hamburger buns, toasted

Step-By-Step

1In bowl, mix first 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 6 burgers. Heat grill. Grill burgers 8 minutes in each side or until desired doneness. Serve on buns with remaining dressing, and favorite toppings. Makes 6 burgers.
