Garlic Grilled New York Strip Steak

- new york strip steaks
- 1/2 c
- worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp
- olive or canola oil
- 6+ clove
- garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
1Combine Worcestershire sauce, oil, garlic, and brown sugar in a measuring cup.
2Season steaks with salt & pepper and place in a flat container with sealable lid, or a zip lock freezer bag.
3Pour marinade over steaks and swirl to coat thoroughly.
4refrigerate for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.
5Cook over hot coals 5 - 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
