Chinese Five Spice Crusted Beef

- 2 lb
- beef - sirloin or flank
- 1 1/2 tsp
- chinese 5 spice powder
- 3/4 tsp
- kosher salt
1Mix the five-spice powder with the salt in a small bowl. Gently rub the beef all over with the mixture.
2Cook the meat in a cast iron pan, under the broiler or on the grill to desired doneness.
3Allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly & serve.
