Can't take credit for this one, it is straight out of Taste of Home's mag and have been making this for years.
This is one of my grandsons favorite dishes.
I did add some more cheese, onion and garlic for a little more flavor, but other than that it is identical to what was published originally

Ingredients

2 tsp
olive oil
1 small
onion, chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced
2 lb
ground chuck
10 3/4 oz
( one can) golden mushroom soup, undiluted
10 3/4 oz
(one can) cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
4 oz
buffalo cheddar cheese shredded, or you favorite cheddar
20 oz
frozen crinkle cut french fries
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Heat the olive oil in a saucier, add the onion and saute until translucent, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2
Add the hamburg and cook until no longer pink, put in a large bowl. Add in pepper and salt to taste. I usually don't add salt because of the salt content of the soups.
3
Stir in both cans of soup, the shredded cheese, and pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
4
Arrange the french fries over the top and bake in a pre heated 350° oven until fries are golden.
