Ingredients For chaney's meatballs

1-2 lbgorund beef or your choice of ground meat

1 lbground sausage

1 cbread crumbs (you may need more)

to tastesalt and pepper

1onion

to tasteworcestershire sauce

2egg
- THIS IS ANOTHER RECIPE THAT I DON'T REALLY MEASURE ON. BUT ITS FAIRLY SIMPLE! YOU DON'T WANT THE MEAT TO "STICKY" THATS WHY I SAY YOU MIGHT NEED MORE BREAD CRUMBS. OR YOU CAN USE CRACKERS OR CORN FLAKES. I'VE EVEN USED CHEERIOS!
How To Make chaney's meatballs

1mix all ingredients together in a bowl. i like to mix my egg before i put it in.

2make sure the mixture isn't "sticky" meaning it form a shape well without trying to stick to your hands.

3make your balls and place them on a baking pan with sides as there will be grease. cook on 350 for about 30-45 mins
