Ingredients

potatoes, peeled and quartered

carrots, peeled and cut in 3-inch pieces

stalks celery, cut-up

rolled beef roast

basil

bourbon
1/4 c
water

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. On high 5-6 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
