tomato
1/4
onion

olives, pitted (your favorite kind)
2 oz
goat cheese
4 oz
mozzarella cheese
2 c
baby spinach fresh chopped
2 Tbsp
italian parsley chopped
1 clove
garlic
1 pinch
salt and pepper
1 pinch
red pepper flakes (optional)
1 pinch
italian seasoning

Step-By-Step

1Heat the oven at 375 degrees. Cover a large cast iron skillet with the pizza dough. Chopped all the vegetables and have the cheese handy.
2Place the tomato, onion,olives, garlic first, add the spinach and parsley after, cover with both types of cheese,sprinkle the seasoning, salt and pepper.
3Bake for 25 minutes.Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it. Enjoy!
