Ingredients For triple cheese garlic bread

  • 1 c
    fontina cheese, grated
  • 1/3 c
    pecorino romano cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 loaf
    italian bread, halved lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley

How To Make triple cheese garlic bread

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.

    In a bowl, combine all cheeses, garlic powder, basil & pepper; toss well to combine.

    Place bread, cut side up on pan. Brush each 1/2 with oil. Dividing evenly, sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake until cheese is melted & bread is lightly toasted, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley & cut into pieces to serve.
