- 8" flour wraps
- 1 lb
- ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes
- 1 box
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2-1 lb
- bulk sausage, browned
- 1 c
- mozzarella cheese
1Mix ricotta, grated cheese, egg and seasonings together.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line sheet pans with parchment paper. Place wraps on lined sheet pans.
2Spread ricotta mixture on wraps and then top with drained spinach. If you want to add the sausage do so now. Top with mozzarella.
3Bake at 400 degrees until it starts to brown. Roll up on waxed paper or parchment. Just something to hold it together while you eat so it doesn't drip on you.
