Spinach 'N Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups
Great dish to serve to your vegetarian friends!
- lasagna noodles
- 2 c
- ricotta cheese
- 2 c
- chopped, fresh spinach
- 1/4 c
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 jar(s)
- (15 1/4 ounces) prego marinara sauce
1Cook lasagna noodles as label directs; set aside.
2In medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach and Parmesan; mix well. Spread 1/2 cup cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle; roll up jelly-roll fashion.
3In 9x13" dish, spread 1 cup marinara sauce. Place lasagna rolls seam-side down in sauce. Spoon remaining marinara sauce over lasagna rolls. Cover.
4Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
