I LOVE TOO SHREDD MY CAROOTS , IT MAKES IT A MUCH FASTER WAY TOO COOK THEM IN A QUICK SOUP.

ADD ALL THE INGEDIARNTS IN 1500 ML WATER , THEN ADD THE SOUP BASE.

WHEN WATER IS A A NEAR BOIL, ADD THE VEGGIES FIRST .
THEN WHISK THE THREE EGGS IN SEPARET BOWL.. AND SLOWLEY DROP IN THE SOUP IN A CONTANT STREAM LIKE , LET THE WATER COME TOO A FULL BOIL FOR 5 MIN, IT WILL REDUCE A BIT , BUT YOU WANT THAT , THE BOILING WATER WILL TURN THE EGGS FLUFFY AND FULL IN THE SOUP DO NOT STIR..UNTIL YOUR GOING TOO SEVE IT ( IF YOU DO , THIS WILL RUIN THE EGG EFFECT ).
