1whole wheat english muffin, split

2 Tbspprego heart healthy pasta sauce

4 Tbspreduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese

2 Tbspdiced red bell pepper

2 Tbspsliced ripe black olives

1 Tbspsliced basil leaves
How To Make quick & healthy veggie pizzas for 2

1Heat oven to 400. Place english muffins, cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread pasta sauce on both muffins, equally, to the edges.

2Sprinkle muffins w/ cheese, red bell pepper and olives. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is crispy, about 10-15 mins. Sprinkle w/ fresh basil.
