Ingredients For quick & easy margherita pizza

1 - 10 oz canrefrigerated pizza crust dough

1 tspolive oil, extra virgin, divided

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 candiced tomatoes with onion & garlic, drained

8 ozfresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1" pieces
-
1/2 cbasil, fresh, chopped
-
1/8 tspsalt & pepper
-
1 tspbalsamic vinegar
How To Make quick & easy margherita pizza

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Unroll crust dough onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; pat into a 13" x 11" rectangle. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove crust from oven & brush with 1/2 tsp oil. Sprinkle garlic evenly over crust.

3Arrange tomatoes on crust, leaving a 1/2" border; evenly place cheese over tomatoes; top evenly with basil & season with salt & pepper. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese melts & crust is golden.

4Combine 1/2 tsp oil & vinegar, stirring with a whisk.

5Drizzle the vinegar mixture evenly over the pizza. Cut pizza into 8 pieces.
