Notes from the Test Kitchen:
This recipe intrigued me, and I was very surprised once I tried this. It was very tasty!

For vegetables I used red & yellow bell peppers, green onions, celery (all diced), shredded carrots and spinach.  Feel free to use what you like!

Ingredients

3 c
cooked pumpkin
1 c
evaporated filled milk
1/4 stick
butter
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 c
granulated sugar
2 tsp
salt
veggies for topping
2 large
pizza crust

Directions Step-By-Step

in a medium bowl add the first 5 ingredients pumpkin should be hot. puree the ingredients.

pour the puree sauce lavishly over the two pizza crust add your veggies on top that an bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 15 min or until the crust edges are golden brown
