Ingredients For pizza primavera

1.5 cbroccoli florets

1 cyellow summer squash

3/4 casparagus pieces

8 ozmozzarella cheese, low-fat

4pita bread rounds

3plum tomatoes, sliced

2 Tbspfresh basil, finely chopped

1/4 cfrozen peas, thawed

2 Tbspparmesan, shredded
How To Make pizza primavera

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Cook veggies until crisp-tender.

3Drain.

4Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella on each pita bread.

5Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with basil.

6Arrange cooked veggies and peas on tomato slices.

7Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.

8Place on cookie sheet.

9Bake 8 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
