I have recently started a low carb diet, and I have been finding more and more ways to lower my carb intake with recipes I make.

Ingredients

pita pocket - toufayan low carb
2 Tbsp
pizza sauce
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese, low-fat
10 slice
pepperoni
2 Tbsp
italian sausage crumbles
1/2
roma tomatoes - cut in cubes
1 Tbsp
sliced black olives

Directions Step-By-Step

Carefully insert a sharp knife and cut the pita pocket all the way around so you come out with 2 whole circles, no a pocket.

In a small frying pan, use a splash of olive oil and quickly fry the outside of the pita to near crisp, remove.

Spread on sauce, add cheese, then top with pepperoni and sausage crumbles, roma tomatoes, or black olives, to your liking.

Bake 375 degrees until cheese is sufficiently melted. make sure to keep an eye on them, they bake quick.
