I love thin crust pizza so I like to make it myself because even when I request thin pizza at restaurants it's not quite what I want. I used LaWanda's 30 minute pizza for the crust.Made this pizza for lunch today and it was awesome! The crust came out thin and crispy,just like I love it!
You can top it with anything but this is one of my favorites toppings and it was what I had on hand without having to go to the store today, I love that! Pesto made from basil in the garden,tomatoes from my garden,so good!!!

pinch tips: Perfect Bacon Every Time


1 3/4 -2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
1 envelope fleischman's pizza yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 c warm water
3 tablespoon olive oil
parmesan cheese
dried oregano
salt and pepper,to taste
tomatoes,sliced thin

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 425 deg.
Combine 1 c flour,yeast,sugar and salt in a large bowl.Add water and oil. Mix until well blended;about 1 minute.
Add gradually,enough remaining flour until soft dough is formed. Dough will be sticky.
Knead on a floured surface adding additional flour if needed,until smooth and elastic about 4 minutes. With floured hands ,pat dough out to fill greased pizza pan,or roll dough to a 12-inch circle and transfer to a greased pizza pan.
Spread with pesto,sprinkle with Parmesan cheese,oregano,salt and with tomatoes and additional cheese.
Bake on bottom oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.
