Ingredients For margherita pizza

all purpose flour
-
1/3 recipeclassic pizza dough
-
1/3 recipe cpizza sauce
-
1 Tbspparsley
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, low-fat
-
1 candiced tomatoes with garlic & onion, drained

2 Tbsproasted garlic
-
pepper, to taste
-
1 ozbuffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces
-
12basil leave, fresh, chopped
-
parmesan cheese, fat-free
How To Make margherita pizza

1First, make pizza dough & pizza sauce: https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/italian/classic-pizza-dough-sauce.html

2Place pizza stone in oven & preheat it to 500 degrees F.

3Lightly dust work surface with flour. Roll out dough into 12" round. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet; prick all over with fork.

4Spread sauce all over dough; scatter over parsley & shredded mozzarella. Top evenly with tomatoes; scatter over roasted garlic & season with pepper.

5Slide pizza from paper to pizza stone, using a wide spatula, if needed. Bake 3 - 5 minutes; place buffalo mozzarella on pizza; bake 3 - 5 more minutes or until golden & crisp.

6Carefully remove pizza from oven using wide sp!atula & transfer to cutting board. Sprinkle with basil & parmesan cheese & enjoy
