I made so many spaghetti noodles & had enough sauce for tonight. At lunch I put this together and it was like lasagna. Popped into the microwave and it was so good.

1In an individual bowl place noodles, then spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, meat sauce, parmesan cheese. Cook in microwave till completely heated through. Makes a great leftover spaghetti dinner.
