thinly sliced zucchini
Cook zucchini and onion in butter for 10 minutes.
Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano.
In a separate bowl, combine beaten eggs with mozzarella cheese.
Stir in zucchini mixture.
Pour vegetable mixture into unbaked crust.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the center is set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
