Love lasagna. Great flavor with italian sausage rather than ground beef.

Ingredients

lasagna noodles
1 jar(s)
pasta sauce
15 oz
ricotta cheese
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
2 c
mozzarella cheese
2
egg
1 lb
italian sausage, mild
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 F.
2Brown sausage in skillet
3Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions
4Combine ricotta cheese, egg, and sausage in large bowl.
5When pasta is complete, drain, lay out flat side-by-side. Spoon mixture evenly onto each noodle.
Roll noodle up and place in greased 9 x 13 pan. (Place small amount of pasta sauce in bottom of pan before placing rolls)
6Top with remaining sauce and cheese
Bake 45 minutes.
