Italian Crostini

These little crusty bits of heaven are perfect for serving at finger food events. They are easy and tasty. Hope you enjoy them.

italian bread
1/3 c
olive oil
1 pkg
cream cheese
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
tomatoes sliced thinly
1 lb
mozzarella cheese (fresh)
1 jar(s)


1place bread on baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil. bake at 350 until slightly brown. remove and cool
2in a mixing bowl add cream cheese and garlic powder and mix thoroughly
3after bread has cooled begin assembly of the crostini. 1st layer: spread the cream cheese onto the bread 2nd layer: spread the pesto 3rd layer: place tomato 4th layer: place mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly.
